LB Design Recruitment are working with a well-established architectural practice that has particular expertise in the residential and retirement sectors. They are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Architectural Technician to join their expanding Technical Team. The role will involve interpreting client briefs and the production of working drawings and technical documents while complying with the latest legislation. As a Senior Architectural Technician, you will assist with the delegation of projects to technicians and oversee timescales & quality control while liaising with clients and external parties.
Key attributes & skills needed:
- Minimum of 5 yearsβ experience (UK based) working on residential/mixed-use projects for developer clients and national housebuilders.
- Sound technical knowledge and in-depth understanding of UK building regulations.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, REVIT desirable but not essential.
- Essential to have a thorough knowledge of M4 (CAT 2 & 3) & Nationally Described Space Standards (NDSS).
- Desire to progress and attend CPD.
- Full UK driving licence.
