LB Design Recruitment are working with a well-established architectural practice that has particular expertise in the residential and retirement sectors. They are looking for a talented Architectural Technician to join their expanding Technical Team. The role will involve interpreting client briefs and the production of working drawings and technical documents while complying with the latest legislation. This is an exciting opportunity for anyone who has a keen interest and experience in producing quality working technical drawings for residential projects.
Key attributes & skills needed:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience (UK based) working on residential/mixed-use projects for developer clients and national housebuilders.
- Sound technical knowledge and understanding of UK building regulations.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, REVIT desirable but not essential.
- Sound knowledge of M4 (CAT 2 & 3) & Nationally Described Space Standards (NDSS).
