LB Design Recruitment is working with a growing multi-disciplinary design and delivery consultancy to recruit an Architect or Architectural Technologist for its expanding residential, commercial and mixed-use project portfolio.
The Role
- Delivering projects through RIBA Stages 0–4 from feasibility through to technical design.
- Preparing and submitting Minor Planning Applications.
- Managing and coordinating external consultants.
- Producing high-quality technical and design documentation.
- Working independently while collaborating closely with a wider, multi-disciplinary team.
Essential Requirements
- Strong UK project experience.
- Experience delivering projects through Stages 0–4.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- ARB or CIAT Chartered (or immediately eligible).
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
- Able to work 40 hours per week in-office.
- Applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK – sponsorship is not available.
Desirable Skills
- Experience using Autodesk Revit.
- Knowledge of Adobe Suite (Photoshop & InDesign).
- Exposure to NBS and Contract Administration.
- Experience working across the Hampshire / South Coast region.
