LB Design Recruitment are working on behalf of a well-established practice to find a technically strong candidate to join their collaborative and friendly Architecture & Design team near Winchester.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with solid UK project experience to join a supportive team working on high-end residential, rural and commercial projects.

About the role

  • Delivering projects across all RIBA Stages
  • Producing detailed construction drawings and technical documentation
  • Preparing and submitting planning and building regulation applications
  • Coordinating with clients, contractors, and consultants
  • Supporting senior staff and contributing to wider office collaboration

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 3–5 years’ UK-based post-qualification experience
  • Experience with high-end bespoke residential, rural and commercial projects
  • Proven track record in delivering projects across RIBA Stages 2–6
  • Strong technical knowledge and residential detailing experience
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
  • Familiarity with Revit, planning authority portals, LandApp etc
  • Confident communicator with the ability to liaise with partners, colleagues and clients
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK

Working Hours & Flexibility

  • Full-time hours – 8.30 to 5.30 pm Monday to Friday
  • Part-time applicants also welcome – 22.5 hours per week
  • Flexible working – up to 2 days WFH per week after 4–6 month onboarding
