T2S Architecture Ltd is seeking a Vectorworks-savvy Architect (ARB) with 2D and 3D experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience across all RIBA stages and play a hands-on role in producing documents and materials for concept, design, planning, technical, and construction stages through to project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee office workflow and support the team as needed.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials and meet project deadlines.
- Delegate workload to team members effectively and manage appointments.
- Engage directly with clients, particularly on larger projects.
Qualifications:
- RIBA Part I, II, and III ARB registration.
- RIBA registration preferred.
Software Skills:
- Expert in Vectorworks 2D and 3D (essential).
- Proficient in SketchUp 3D (essential).
- Expert in Adobe Design Suite.
Personal Requirements:
- Must hold a valid UK or UK work visa.
- Must be based in the UK.
