LB Design Recruitment are working with a design practice that specialise in architecture, landscape design, masterplanning, client services, and interior design. They have particular expertise on delivering large scale £10m+ projects across multiple sectors.

They are looking for either an experienced Architect or Architectural Technologist to join their small creative and passionate team based in Southampton.

The role involves working on projects through all RIBA stages to develop technical and functional design solutions. You will be producing high quality technical drawings and specifications.

Qualifications & skills required:

  • A fully qualified Architectural Technician or Technologist / Architect (ARB registered or equivalent).
  • Minimum 2 years post qualification experience within the UK.
  • Strong design and technical skills, with proficiency in Revit.
  • Project delivery experience at RIBA stages 4 and 5.
  • Experience in UK large-scale £10m+ projects.
  • Must be based in the UK with the legal right to live and work in the UK.

Salary will be dependent on qualifications and experience. After a successful probationary period, you will be given the opportunity for hybrid working with just 50% of the working week needing to be in practice.
