LB Design Recruitment are proud to be working with a well-established Chartered Architects Practice based in Romsey who are looking to appoint a fully qualified Architect to join their team.
Our client has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality architecture across a broad range of sectors. While their work is primarily in the Private Housing/Residential sector, they also have an impressive portfolio of Commercial/Retail, Education and Healthcare projects.
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Architect with a minimum of 5 years’ UK-based, post-qualification experience to take a key role within a growing and supportive team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for residential design and the ability to confidently manage projects through all RIBA stages.
Key Requirements
- Fully qualified Architect (ARB registered)
- Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience within the UK
- Strong experience in residential projects
- Working knowledge of Vectorworks
- Comfortable working across RIBA stages
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK
