Responsibilities
  • Lead delivery of medium-to-large mixed-use residential projects through RIBA Stages 4-6

  • Chair design-team meetings, workshops and site reviews

  • Coordinate internal architects and external consultants, maintaining programme and budget

  • Produce and audit Revit models, drawings and specifications to BIM Level 2 standards

  • Advise clients on Building Regulations compliance, fire safety and sustainability targets

Skills & Experience
  • ARB and RIBA chartered with 2+ years post-Part III

  • Proven track record on residential projects above £25 million construction value

  • Revit expert, competent in AutoCAD, SketchUp and 3ds Max

  • Strong written and verbal communication, able to lead client conversations

  • In-depth knowledge of UK Building Regulations, NHBC and relevant British Standards
