Technical Architect for Housing ProjectsJoin a renowned housing practice in Central London as a Technical Architect and play a pivotal role in delivering innovative, sustainable residential projects. The studio is seeking a proactive, detailâoriented professional with strong Revit skills and proven experience across RIBA Stages 3 to 5.
Responsibilities:
Lead technical design and delivery of housing schemes from developed design through to construction
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure robust technical solutions
Produce and review detailed Revit models, drawings, and specifications
Oversee compliance with building regulations, planning conditions, and sustainability targets
Support site delivery, including responding to RFIs and attending site meetings
Mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative studio culture
Skills & Experience:
Qualified Architect (ARB) or Technologist (CIAT) with significant housing experience
Proficient in Revit, with a portfolio demonstrating technical excellence
Strong knowledge of UK building regulations and construction detailing
Fire Safety knowledge, experience working on cladding remediation highly desirable
Experience delivering projects through RIBA Stages 3â5
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
