We are seeking a talented Senior Interior Designer to join a highly regarded international design studio, delivering exceptional mixed-use hospitality and residential projects across the Middle East. This is a key role within a collaborative team, offering the opportunity to lead concept-driven design and see projects through to completion on a global stage. You will play an integral part in shaping high-end, design-led environments that respond to cultural and contextual influences.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead interior design projects from concept through to completion across hospitality and residential sectors
  • Develop innovative design concepts, mood boards, FF&E schemes, and detailed design packages
  • Coordinate with architects, consultants, and contractors to ensure seamless project delivery
  • Manage client relationships and present design proposals with confidence
  • Oversee junior designers, providing mentorship and design direction
  • Ensure all work meets project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
  • Contribute to design strategy and studio-wide creative development

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Interior Designer within hospitality and/or residential projects
  • At least 8 years experience
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating high-end, concept-led design work
  • Experience working on Middle East projects or within international markets
  • Proficient in Revit, Rhino, Sketchup and Adobe Suite
  • Strong FF&E knowledge and technical detailing skills
  • Excellent communication and client-facing abilities
  • Ability to lead projects and manage multiple deadlines effectively
  • The right to live and work in the UK - the practice cannot sponsor or transfer visas
