The studio, an award-winning, RIBA Chartered architecture practice based in London, is looking for Revit Contractors to join the team on a contract basis, with the potential for longer-term opportunities. The practice is known for its strong focus on deliverable, commercially viable design and works across residential, mixed-use and large-scale masterplanning projects. About the Role
Revit Contractors will play a key role in supporting project teams by producing and coordinating high-quality Revit models and technical information across a range of live schemes. Working closely with architects, consultants and contractors, they will ensure drawings are produced accurately, efficiently and in line with project and company standards. This is a contract position offering the opportunity to contribute to a collaborative and fast-paced studio environment. The successful individual will quickly build an understanding of project workflows and support delivery from early design stages through to completion.
What the Studio is Looking For
- Previous experience working as a Revit contractor or in a similar technical role within architecture or design-led environments.
- Strong technical ability with a high level of proficiency in Revit and a solid understanding of project documentation.
- Confident communication skills, able to coordinate with internal teams and external consultants.
- A proactive and organised approach, with the ability to manage workload and meet project deadlines.
- Experience working across RIBA stages, particularly stages 3 to 5, is highly desirable.
