An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Part II Architectural Assistant to join a client-side team delivering high-end residential projects. Based full-time in the London office, this role offers the chance to work on bespoke, design-led schemes from detailed design through to delivery. You will play a key role in supporting the successful execution of technically complex, luxury residential projects in the UK and internationally.
Responsibilities:
- Support the delivery of high-end residential projects, with a strong focus on RIBA Stage 4
- Produce detailed technical drawings, packages, and construction information
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and external stakeholders
- Assist in design development to ensure design intent is maintained through technical stages
- Contribute to project documentation and ensure compliance with building regulations
- Participate in internal design reviews and project meetings
Requirements:
- Part II qualification in Architecture with at least 2 years experience
- Proven experience working on high-end residential projects
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience at RIBA Stage 4
- Proficient in AutoCAD; Rhino a bonus
- Good understanding of UK building regulations and construction detailing
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work full-time in the office (5 days per week)
- The right to live and work in the UK - the company cannot sponsor
