We are looking for a mid-weight Interior Designer who is ready to take on greater responsibility within a calm, well-structured studio environment. This role suits someone who enjoys seeing projects through from early concept to delivery and wants to contribute meaningfully to well-resolved interior schemes.
The studio is a well-established London-based architecture and interiors practice delivering high-quality commercial and workplace interiors. Projects are design-led but technically robust, often within complex buildings and live environments. The culture is collaborative, professional, and measured, with designers trusted to manage packages and contribute ideas without unnecessary hierarchy. There is a strong focus on long-term staff development, clear communication, and realistic project delivery.
Responsibilities- Working across interior design projects from concept design through to construction and completion
- Developing layouts, finishes, FF&E concepts, and detailed interior packages
- Producing coordinated drawings, schedules, and presentation material to a high standard
- Working closely with architects, consultants, contractors, and suppliers as part of an integrated design team
- Taking ownership of defined project packages and supporting junior team members where appropriate
- You have 3 to 6 years of professional interior design experience within a UK studio
- You have experience delivering commercial or workplace interior projects
- You are confident producing detailed drawing packages and specifications
- You have a strong understanding of materials, finishes, and FF&E
- You are organised, communicative, and comfortable managing your own workload
