A well-established design-led practice in London is looking to bring an enthusiastic Interior Architect with around one or more years’ professional experience into its friendly and collaborative studio. The team delivers a strong portfolio of high-quality commercial workplace and retrofit projects across London, including office-led developments, headquarters interiors, and the repositioning of existing buildings. Much of the work focuses on transforming and reimagining existing spaces, often within characterful or sensitive contexts, creating thoughtful, contemporary environments that respond to modern ways of working.
The Role
- Working across high-quality commercial workplace interiors and retrofit schemes
- Involvement across all RIBA stages, from concept design through to completion
- Contributing to spatial design, technical detailing, and overall design development
- Supporting the production of drawing packages, technical coordination, and documentation
- Working closely with consultants, contractors, and wider project teams
- Playing an active role within a friendly, studio-based environment
Requirements
- Minimum of three years’ professional experience within an interior architecture or architecture studio
- Must have had experience working in a UK practice
- Experience working on commercial workplace, office, or retrofit projects
- Strong design and technical sensibility, with an eye for detail, materials, and spatial quality
- An interest in both concept design and technical delivery
- Confident working independently when required, with a proactive and positive attitude
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
