- Previous HR experience within a small to medium-sized business, ideally around 20–50 employees
- Experience working across multiple areas of HR with minimal supervision
- A practical, solutions-focused approach and a genuine passion for people
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

- CIPD Level 3 qualification completed or in progress, with a commitment to continuing professional development
