The Role

You will work as a Digital Design Coordinator, supporting multiple project teams with BIM setup, workflows and day-to-day efficiency. Reporting to the BIM Manager and working closely with Project Directors, this is a coordination and support role rather than a production-focused position.

Responsibilities

  • Support project teams in setting up Revit models, sheets, templates and tools
  • Assist with BIM standards, workflows and best practice across projects
  • Monitor and improve digital efficiency and consistency in project delivery
  • Provide troubleshooting and guidance to teams using Revit and associated tools
  • Contribute to the ongoing development of studio-wide BIM and computational processes

Requirements

  • You have strong experience working with BIM in an architectural environment
  • You are highly proficient in Revit and understand project setup and coordination
  • You have worked in a BIM Coordinator, Digital Design or similar support-focused role
  • You are confident advising and supporting teams
  • You are organised and able to manage input across multiple live projects
