We are working with a leading design-led studio seeking a Contract Architect to support the delivery of high-end luxury hospitality projects. The studio is seeking Architects who are available for an immediate start with experience working on similar projects.

The Role
You will join on a contract basis to support projects at RIBA Stages 1-3, focusing on detailed design development in Revit. You will work closely with the wider team to translate concept design into coordinated, buildable information.
Responsibilities
- Develop project packages through RIBA Stages 1-3, ensuring designs are resolved and coordinated
- Produce and manage Revit models, drawings and associated technical information
- Collaborate with internal designers and external consultants
- Contribute to design development while maintaining project quality and consistency
- Support coordination of hospitality-specific requirements and detailing
Requirements
- You have strong experience working at RIBA Stages 1-3
- You are proficient in Revit and confident producing coordinated models and drawings
