Commercial work is the backbone of a lot of UK practices, and this is a role for a qualified Architect who wants to build a career in the sector. You will work on commercial projects using Revit, on a hybrid basis, at a practice with a steady pipeline of work.
This suits you if you are a few years qualified and ready to take real ownership of technical delivery. With at least three years of post-Part 3 experience behind you, you will run detailed work on commercial buildings and carry projects through the stages.

The Work
- You will work on commercial projects, including office and mixed-use buildings.
- You will work on multiple RIBA stages.
- You will produce and develop drawings and models in Revit.
- You will take detailed technical work through the design stages.
- You will coordinate your output with consultants and the wider project team.
- You will help move projects from design into delivery on site.
What You Need
- You are a qualified Architect with at least one three years post registration.
- Working knowledge of Revit is essential for this role.
- You have experience on any RIBA stages (multiple roles available!).
- Experience on commercial or mixed-use projects would be preferred.
- You can produce technical drawings and coordinate detailed information.
- You are confident working with consultants across a project team.
- Experience carrying projects across RIBA stages would be preferred.
