We are working with a reputable and well-known, design-led architecture studio seeking an Experienced Architect to join their team, focused on delivering high-quality residential and commercial projects across London and the United Kingdom.

The Role

You will play a key role in the technical design and delivery of residential projects, focusing on RIBA Stages 4 and 5. Sitting within an established team, you will be trusted to take ownership of packages and coordinate effectively with consultants and contractors.

Responsibilities

  • Lead technical design packages across RIBA Stages 4 and 5 on residential and commercial projects
  • Produce and coordinate detailed information using Revit
  • Work closely with consultants, contractors and internal teams to resolve design and technical issues
  • Support site stages, responding to queries and ensuring design intent is maintained
  • Contribute to programme management and delivery deadlines

Requirements

  • You are an ARB-registered Architect with strong UK residential experience
  • You have proven experience delivering projects through RIBA Stages 4 and 5
  • You are highly proficient in Revit and confident working in BIM environments
  • You are comfortable coordinating with multidisciplinary teams and external consultants
  • You have a strong understanding of UK building regulations and construction detailing
