An established architectural practice in London is currently seeking an Architect with strong Gateway 2 experience to join its growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build on their technical expertise within a well supported and structured studio environment. The role will focus on compliance, technical coordination and delivery, with particular emphasis on building safety and Gateway 2 submissions. Requirements
- 2 plus years of post qualification experience
- Proven experience working on Gateway 2 submissions and a clear understanding of the Building Safety Act
- Experience across RIBA stages 3 to 5 with a strong technical focus
- Background in residential projects
- Good understanding of building regulations, compliance processes and technical detailing
- Revit capability preferred, though not essential for the right level of Gateway 2 experience
- Ability to take ownership of packages while working collaboratively within a wider team
- Strong organisational skills with a proactive and professional approach
