Senior Architect – Private High-End Residential Homes
Location: London
Salary: Up to £50,000
Are you ready to take the lead on some of London’s most inspiring private homes? We are looking for a Senior Architect with proven experience in high end residential design to join a creative, design-led studio where every project is unique.
About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to bring your ideas to life on bespoke homes for private clients. You will take projects from the very first sketch through to completion, shaping spaces that are both beautiful and functional. Working closely with clients and consultants, you will play a central role in guiding projects at every stage, while supporting the wider team with your knowledge and leadership.
What you will be doing
- Leading the design process with creativity and confidence
- Driving projects through all RIBA stages, from concept to completion
- Developing bold design solutions that reflect the individuality of each client
- Managing relationships with clients, consultants and contractors
- Keeping projects on track in terms of quality, programme and budget
- Mentoring and inspiring junior colleagues within the studio
About you
We are looking for someone with:
- A minimum of five years’ post Part 3 experience
- Strong experience delivering high end private residential projects in the UK
- A portfolio that demonstrates flair in both design and technical delivery
- Clear communication skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships
- Confidence in managing projects independently and leading a team
- A positive, collaborative outlook with enthusiasm for studio life
