A Little About The Practice

A leading UK-based architectural practice are seeking talented and experienced Senior Architects to lead the design and delivery of high-end residential, commercial, hotel, or international projects. This is a fantastic opportunity for a multiple creative yet technically astute architects to take a pivotal role in the development of site-responsive, design-led architecture across a variety of typologies both in the UK and abroad.

The ideal candidates will have a comprehensive understanding of the UK planning system, Building Regulations, and technical standards, alongside a proven ability to coordinate complex projects from early-stage design through to completion. The role suits someone who thrives in a collaborative studio environment and has a passion for delivering innovative, contextually grounded architecture that meets the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and technical development of architectural projects across RIBA Stages 0–7
• Develop design narratives and present ideas clearly through sketches, drawings, diagrams, and high-quality visuals
• Deliver high-end residential, commercial, or hotel projects with attention to detail, materiality, and spatial quality
• Oversee production of planning applications, tender packages, and construction documentation
• Collaborate with interior designers, consultants, and engineers to deliver cohesive and integrated designs
• Liaise with planning officers, building control, and other authorities to ensure regulatory compliance
• Review site progress and coordinate with contractors to maintain design integrity during construction
• Participate in internal design reviews and contribute to the ongoing evolution of the studio’s design philosophy

Key Requirements

• ARB registered Architect with a minimum of 4 years’ post-Part III experience
• Proven track record of delivering residential, commercial, and/or hotel projects at a senior level
• Experience working on UK-based projects, with an understanding of planning policy and building regulations
• International project exposure is desirable
• Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual design ability, technical skill, and delivery of high-quality built work
• Proficiency in Revit is essential; knowledge of Adobe Suite and Enscape or similar is a plus
• Excellent detailing skills and understanding of construction methods, materials, and finishes
• Comfortable working within multidisciplinary teams and leading consultant coordination
• Confident communicator with strong presentation and client-facing skills
• Self-motivated, organised, and able to work effectively across multiple projects under tight deadlines

Salary & Benefits
