A friendly London-based architectural practice is seeking a talented and motivated Architect with 2–3 years post-qualification experience to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a wide range of exciting projects within a supportive and collaborative studio environment, with a focus on multi unit housing and mixed use projects.

The successful candidate will be involved in delivering high-quality architectural solutions across multiple sectors, with responsibility spanning early concept design through to detailed construction stages. They will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, contributing to the design development, coordination, and delivery of complex projects at varying scales.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and presenting design proposals
  • Producing detailed technical drawings and specifications
  • Coordinating with consultants and stakeholders
  • Supporting project delivery across all RIBA stages
  • Ensuring compliance with UK building regulations and standards

Requirements:

  • ARB registered with 2–3 years post-Part III experience
  • Proficient in Revit with a solid understanding of BIM workflows
  • Experience using NBS Chorus is highly desirable
  • Strong design and technical ability
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Experience working on medium to large-scale housing projects across all stages
  • The right to live and work in the UK
