A friendly London-based architectural practice is seeking a talented and motivated Architect with 2–3 years post-qualification experience to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a wide range of exciting projects within a supportive and collaborative studio environment, with a focus on multi unit housing and mixed use projects.
The successful candidate will be involved in delivering high-quality architectural solutions across multiple sectors, with responsibility spanning early concept design through to detailed construction stages. They will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, contributing to the design development, coordination, and delivery of complex projects at varying scales.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and presenting design proposals
- Producing detailed technical drawings and specifications
- Coordinating with consultants and stakeholders
- Supporting project delivery across all RIBA stages
- Ensuring compliance with UK building regulations and standards
Requirements:
- ARB registered with 2–3 years post-Part III experience
- Proficient in Revit with a solid understanding of BIM workflows
- Experience using NBS Chorus is highly desirable
- Strong design and technical ability
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Experience working on medium to large-scale housing projects across all stages
