This is an opportunity to join a large, well-established architecture practice as an HR Coordinator on a 12-month fixed term contract. You will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of the HR function within a creative, professional services environment. The role suits someone who is organised, people-focused and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a busy studio setting. After successful completion of probation, the role offers hybrid working with two days per week working from home. Working closely with the wider HR team and senior leaders, you will help ensure a smooth employee experience from recruitment through to ongoing employment, contributing to a positive and well-supported workplace culture.
Responsibilities
- Manage the applicant tracking system, ensuring candidate data is accurate and up to date
- Support hiring managers with CV screening, interview scheduling and feedback coordination
- Act as a key point of contact for candidates, agencies and internal stakeholders
- Assist with job adverts, agency briefs and recruitment reporting
- Support offer management and onboarding, including contracts, pre‑employment checks and inductions
- Work closely with the wider HR team to ensure a consistent and professional candidate experience
Requirements
- Previous experience in a recruitment coordination or HR support role
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and confidence handling confidential information
- Comfortable working with recruitment or HR systems
- Experience within architecture, interior design, construction, engineering or property is highly advantageous
