An established architecture practice is seeking a Project Architect to take a key role in the delivery of construction-stage projects, leading small teams on technically complex schemes from RIBA Stage 3 through to completion. This is a hands-on role suited to a confident delivery architect who enjoys being embedded in live projects and taking responsibility on site. The position sits within a growing construction-focused workstream and offers a strong opportunity for someone looking to reinforce and develop their reputation as a robust, capable delivery architect.

- A Project Architect with experience delivering projects through technical design and construction, including time spent on site.
- Strong Revit capability is essential, ideally on large or complex multi-building schemes delivered fully in Revit.
- Proven ability to lead small project teams, plan activities, set deliverables, and manage outputs to an agreed programme.
- Confident working within a Design Team novated to a Main Contractor, collaborating effectively with consultants and contractors.
- A technically assured professional with a strong grasp of buildability, detailing, coordination, and technical risk.
- Comfortable working autonomously during construction with light-touch senior support.
- Experience managing RFIs, technical queries, change control, and maintaining accurate project information during construction.
- A process-driven individual able to manage programmes, track progress, and issue technical information on time and to the required standard.
- A collaborative team player who communicates clearly and represents the practice professionally.
- Experience with High Risk Buildings and Gateway submissions would be beneficial but is not essential.
