A leading Architectural practice is looking for a Part II Architectural Assistant to join its award‑winning team. The practice works extensively across residential and mixed‑use projects, with additional work in the retail and hospitality sectors. Many schemes sit on complex and strategically significant sites, offering the opportunity to contribute to meaningful, design‑led work.
The role
This position would suit a motivated Part II Architectural Assistant who is eager to take on responsibility and grow within a well‑structured team. The role involves assisting directors and senior architects in delivering projects across multiple stages, contributing to design development, and helping maintain the high standards the practice is known for.
The successful candidate will support the wider architectural team, contribute ideas in design reviews, and help ensure project milestones are achieved.
Key responsibilities
- Supporting design development at all project stages
- Assisting with coordination between internal teams and external consultants
- Producing drawings, presentations and design material
- Contributing to design reviews and team discussions
- Helping keep projects on track by supporting deadlines and workflow
Skills and experience
- RIBA Part II qualification
- Experience working across several RIBA stages
- Strong background in residential projects is essential
- Confident working with multidisciplinary consultant teams
- Organised, proactive and comfortable communicating with colleagues and stakeholders
- Proficient in Revit with practical project experience
