Part II Architectural Assistant – Hourly Rate (Potential to go FTC/Permanent)

Location: Putney, London (Hybrid)

The Role

We are looking for a Part II Architectural Assistant to join on an hourly rate until the end of the year, with the possibility of transitioning to a fixed-term contract or permanent position depending on workload and performance.

Key Requirements

  • Very good Revit skills.
  • Solid technical knowledge of packages.
  • Some experience with RIBA Stages 4, 5, and 6.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Contract Details

  • Hourly rate (competitive, dependent on experience).
  • Contract until end of year, with potential for extension or transition.
