Role Overview
Our client is looking for someone with a strong portfolio in masterplanning urban extensions and greenfield sites to join them in Milton Keynes, and work in multidisciplinary project teams to produce innovative, compelling and deliverable masterplans for landowners, developers and the public sector.
Requirements
- A strong understanding of how masterplanning integrates with town planning to secure highâquality planning permissions.
- Insight into how design inputs evolve between the outline and reserved matters stages.
- Experience in design coding, which would be a distinct advantage.
- Confidence in presenting and articulating your work to a range of audiences, including colleagues, clients, local authorities and other stakeholders.
- A background in landscape architecture, with experience working at a strategic scale, would be of particular interest.
- While benefiting from an enviable client list, the practice also actively tenders for new work. Candidates should be able to demonstrate their contribution to winning bids and securing new commissions.
