I am currently hiring on behalf of a leading architecture practice in London, who are looking for a proactive and creative Marketing & Bid Coordinator to join their team. This permanent, full-time role offers hybrid working and is an exciting opportunity for someone with a background in aviation and UK market experience.
Role Overview:
As a Marketing & Bid Coordinator, you will play a key role in managing the bid process and supporting the firm’s marketing and business development activities. You will be responsible for coordinating bids, executing marketing campaigns, and producing high-quality content to help raise the firm’s profile and win new business within the architecture and design sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Bid Coordination: Manage the full bid process, including PQQs and RFPs, ensuring all submissions are tailored, accurate, and on time. Work closely with directors and senior staff to develop compelling and effective bid content. Maintain and update a library of bid content, templates, and case studies. Conduct post-bid reviews to identify areas for improvement.
- Marketing & Communications: Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote the firm’s portfolio, services, and brand. Manage and update the firm’s website, ensuring the content is fresh, relevant, and engaging. Create and design marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and newsletters. Coordinate and promote events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
- Brand Management & CRM: Ensure all marketing and external communications align with the firm’s brand identity. Manage the firm’s CRM system, tracking opportunities, project leads, and marketing outcomes.
- Studio & Project Support: Provide graphic design support for architectural reports, design studies, and presentations.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in a marketing or bid coordination role, ideally within architecture, construction, or a related field.
- Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and MS Office.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) and social media management tools.
- Experience within the aviation sector and UK market is highly desirable.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with the ability to create high-quality content under tight deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
