Responsibilities:

  • Lead architectural and technical aspects of multiple projects across RIBA stages
  • Oversee concept design, spatial coordination, and tender documentation
  • Manage BIM models and ensure buildable, practical solutions
  • Produce and deliver architectural and joinery packages to exemplary standards
  • Support contract administration, RFIs, and shop drawing reviews during construction
  • Champion quality, innovation, and bespoke detailing aligned with studio standards
  • Mentor junior designers and foster team development

Skills & Experience:

  • RIBA Part III qualified with 7+ years in luxury residential design
  • Proven experience delivering projects in prime London locations
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Proficiency in ArchiCAD, AutoCAD, SketchUp, InDesign and Photoshop desirable
  • Excellent eye for materials and detailing, with a solutions-driven approach
  • Knowledge of UK Building Regulations, planning processes, and CDM
  • The right to live and work in the UK
