A leading Interior Design studio is seeking a Senior Interior Designer to join their team. The studio's design is renowned for their luxury restaurants, bars, hotel F&B environments and destination-led schemes for global clients. The culture is collaborative, well-structured and delivery-focused, with clear design leadership and strong technical support.

This is a senior level role sitting within a wider interiors team, with responsibility for leading food and beverage packages from early concept through to site delivery. You will work closely with internal design leads, clients and specialist consultants, contributing both creatively and technically to international projects.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead design development for luxury food and beverage interiors across multiple project stages
  • Translate brand, concept and operational requirements into coherent interior schemes
  • Coordinate layouts, finishes, FF&E and bespoke elements
  • Work closely with consultants, suppliers and external teams
  • Support and guide junior designers within the project team
Requirements:
  • 5-8 years experience in Interior Design with project running experience
  • Strong background in luxury hospitality interiors
  • Experience using Revit is essential
  • Confident delivering projects from concept through technical and site stages
  • Comfortable working on international projects and complex stakeholder environments
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
  • The right to live and work in the UK
