A leading global architecture and urban design practice is seeking a Senior Associate to join its London team. The studio delivers major international work across mixed-use masterplanning, large-scale urban regeneration, education, workplace, residential, retail and hospitality projects.
About the Role
The Senior Associate will take on a pivotal leadership position, overseeing multidisciplinary teams and driving design direction across complex, high-value projects. Responsibilities include:
- Leading concept, design development and delivery stages across diverse sectors such as urban regeneration, education and workplace campuses
- Managing client engagement, project strategies and internal coordination
- Guiding teams to ensure design excellence and consistency
- Collaborating with urbanists, architects and consultants on integrated, sustainability-focused schemes, reflecting the practice’s global design ethos
- Supporting business development, pitching and studio-wide strategic initiatives
- Mentoring junior and mid-level designers, helping to nurture a collaborative and innovative culture
