The Role
This is a contract role for a Revit-proficient architectural professional supporting technical delivery on residential and mixed-sector schemes. You will focus on detailed design output, drawing production and package coordination, helping the team progress Stage 4 work and Gateway 2 information to a high standard and to programme.
Responsibilities
- Produce and develop Stage 4 technical drawing packages in Revit
- Support Gateway 2 documentation and drawing coordination
- Work with project leads to resolve technical design issues clearly and efficiently
- Coordinate information across architectural packages and consultant input
- Maintain accurate, well-structured Revit models and drawing sets for live delivery work
Requirements
- You have strong Revit proficiency and can use it confidently in a live project environment
- You have proven experience delivering Stage 4 technical packages
- You have worked on Gateway 2 projects, ideally within larger residential schemes
- You are available immediately or can start within one week
- You are comfortable working in a contract capacity, whether hourly or on a fixed-term basis
