This is a specialist desk inside a business with a strong brand, warm client relationships, a large candidate community, a podcast, content engine, LinkedIn presence and a serious database behind it. The opportunity is not just to make calls all day. It is to build a visible niche in a market where relationships, taste, pace and judgement all matter.

What you will be doing:

  • Building relationships with architecture and interior design practices across London and the UK
  • Developing client accounts through smart business development, warm follow-up and market knowledge

  • A genuine interest in architecture, interiors, design, cities or the built environment
  • Confidence speaking to senior people and asking direct commercial questions
  • The discipline to follow up properly and keep clean notes

What is on offer:

Expect a £30,000 to £40,000 basic salary with realistic OTE of £60,000+, warm client relationships, active vacancies, LinkedIn Recruiter, RecruitCRM, content support, a serious database and a brand that candidates already know.
