An award-winning London-based architecture and design studio is seeking an experienced BIM Manager to lead the strategic development and implementation of BIM across the practice. Working closely with senior leadership, you will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards while driving innovation in digital design and information management.

This is an excellent opportunity for a BIM professional with strong Revit expertise to shape best practice, support project teams, and champion digital transformation within a highly respected design-led environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the practice-wide BIM strategy and implementation
  • Act as the primary BIM expert, providing guidance and technical support to project teams
  • Deliver BIM and Revit training to staff at all levels
  • Develop and maintain BIM standards, templates, procedures, and quality control processes
  • Support project teams with BIM execution planning and project-specific delivery strategies
  • Oversee model auditing, coordination, and compliance with Employer's Information Requirements (EIR)
  • Manage and develop Revit workflows, family libraries, and associated digital tools
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 19650 standards and industry best practice
  • Coordinate information exchange with clients, consultants, and external stakeholders
  • Monitor industry developments and promote innovation across the practice

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years' experience in a BIM management or senior BIM coordination role
  • Advanced proficiency in Revit and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)
  • Strong knowledge of BIM standards, workflows, and information management processes
  • Experience managing large-scale federated Revit models
  • Working knowledge of ISO 19650 Parts 1 and 2
  • Understanding of COBie and Uniclass 2015
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to develop and implement office-wide BIM strategies
  • RIBA Part 2 qualification, or equivalent, preferred
  • Information Management certifications are advantageous but not essential
  • The right to live and work in the UK - the practice cannot sponsor
