A large AJ100 architecture practice based in Central London is seeking a Lead Architect to join their team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional technical expertise and a passion for delivering complex schemes in the UK from concept to completion.
Responsibilities:
- Lead large-scale mixed-use projects through all RIBA stages, with a strong focus on technical delivery and construction.
- Coordinate design teams, consultants, and contractors on-site to ensure quality and compliance.
- Drive project programmes, budgets, and technical standards while maintaining design integrity.
- Mentor junior team members and foster collaboration across disciplines
Skills & Experience:
- ARB-registered Architect with 5-8 years post Part III experience
- Proficiency in Revit and BIM workflows
- Proven experience leading major projects on-site to completion
- Strong technical and construction knowledge, including UK building regulations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders confidently
- Ability to work with contractors and consultants overseeing RFIs
- The right to live and work in the UK
