A growing, design-led business is looking for a personable and proactive HR Executive to take ownership of its day-to-day HR function. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a hands-on generalist role and wants to play a key part in shaping the employee experience within a creative and collaborative environment.

This role offers genuine variety, autonomy and the opportunity to make a visible impact, while continuing to develop your HR career within a growing organisation. This is a broad HR generalist position covering all aspects of people operations, including:

  • HR policies, compliance and best practice
  • Performance management processes
  • Employee relations support
  • Recruitment coordination and hiring support
  • Providing HR guidance and coaching to managers
  • Learning and development coordination
  • Culture, wellbeing and employee engagement initiatives
  • Supporting leadership with organisational planning and people-related projects

You'll be a confident and capable HR professional who enjoys working in a hands-on environment and taking ownership of a wide range of responsibilities.

Previous HR experience within a small to medium-sized business, ideally around 20–50 employees.

Experience working across multiple areas of HR with minimal supervision.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

A desire to grow within a business and continue developing their HR career.

CIPD Level 3 qualification completed or in progress, with a commitment to continuing professional development.

This position would suit an HR Executive or HR Advisor looking for the next step in their career. We are also open to speaking with HR Managers who remain highly operational, enjoy being involved in the detail, and are seeking a hands-on role rather than a strategic leadership position.

Competitive base salary of up to £45k.

Opportunity to take ownership of the HR function within a growing business.

Broad exposure across all areas of HR.

Supportive, creative and collaborative working environment.

Genuine opportunity to develop and grow your career.
