Previous HR experience within a small to medium-sized business, ideally around 20β50 employees.
Experience working across multiple areas of HR with minimal supervision.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

CIPD Level 3 qualification completed or in progress, with a commitment to continuing professional development.
