A leading international architectural practice is seeking an experienced Digital Lead (Associate level) to play a key role in shaping and advancing its global digital design strategy. This is a senior leadership position for an individual passionate about digital innovation, emerging technologies, and driving meaningful change across multidisciplinary design teams.
The Digital Lead will take a central position in championing and delivering digital transformation across architectural and AEC projects. Working closely with design leaders, project teams, and technical specialists, the role focuses on embedding advanced digital processes that enhance design quality, efficiency, and data-led decision making. This position will sit at the intersection of design, technology, and research, contributing to applied R&D initiatives and the development of forward-thinking digital frameworks that support sustainable and intelligent design outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the integration of BIM and information management strategies across complex, multidisciplinary projects
- Develop and implement advanced digital workflows, ensuring best practice across project teams
- Drive the adoption of computational design, automation, and AI-driven solutions within design and delivery
- Support the development of digital twin and 'smart' building frameworks
