The Role
You will play a key contract role in the development and coordination of commercial architecture projects through RIBA Stages 2 to 4, helping translate design intent into robust technical solutions. Responsibilities
- Develop and coordinate project information through RIBA Stages 2 to 4
- Produce detailed technical drawing packages using Revit
- Coordinate with consultants to resolve design and technical challenges
- Contribute to project delivery, ensuring documentation is accurate and well organised
- Support design teams in maintaining quality, consistency and technical excellence
Requirements
- You are ARB-registered or Overseas qualified with recent UK experience
- You have demonstrated commercial sector experience, retrofit desirable
- You are highly proficient in Revit
- You have the unrestricted right to work in the UK, as sponsorship is not available for this position
