A large AJ100 architecture practice based in London is seeking a CMLI Landscape Architect to join its growing team. This role is suited to someone with strong UK experience working on housing and urban regeneration projects, who is confident contributing to design development and delivery across multiple project stages.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to housing and regeneration projects from concept design through planning and technical stages
- Prepare high‑quality drawings, reports and visual material to support design and approvals
- Develop landscape and public realm strategies that respond to context, policy and community needs
- Coordinate with architects, urban designers, engineers and external consultants
- Support project leads in client meetings, design reviews and stakeholder engagement
- Assist with mentoring junior team members and supporting a collaborative studio culture
Requirements:
- Chartered Member of the Landscape Institute (CMLI)
- Proven UK experience delivering housing and urban regeneration projects
- Strong understanding of the UK planning system, policy and technical standards
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite, with 3D or visualisation software an advantage
- Clear written and verbal communication skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- The right to live and work in the UK
