We have a new opportunity as part of an in-house design team based in London. This is a client side role suitable for someone with strong Stage 4 experience working on residential and/or hospitality projects. Working as part of an in-house design team, you'll support a collaborative architectural team delivering luxury residential projects with a focus on detail, innovation, and technical precision. This is a fantastic opportunity for a CAD Technician to contribute to bespoke projects from concept through to delivery.
Please note this role is base 5 days a week in the office.
Responsibilities:- Produce high-quality 2D and 3D drawings using Rhino for luxury residential schemes
- Support architects with technical packages, detailing, and construction information
- Develop and refine complex geometries and bespoke design elements
- Ensure all drawings meet project requirements, deadlines, and industry standards
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and external consultants
- Maintain organised drawing records and adhere to company CAD standards
- Proven experience as a CAD Technician within architecture or interior design
- Proficiency in Rhino highly desirable but not essential
- Experience working on high-end or luxury residential projects
- Strong understanding of construction detailing and technical drawing standards
- Ability to interpret design concepts and translate them into accurate drawings
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented approach
- The right to live and work in the UK
- 25 days' annual leave, plus bank holidays
