A growing client-side, in-house design team is seeking an Architectural Technician or experienced Part II Architectural Assistant to support the delivery of their high-end residential projects in London and Athens. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on beautifully crafted, luxury developments from within a collaborative and design-focused environment. The role is heavily focused on Stage 4 technical delivery and requires someone with initiative who can work well in a small team. Please note this role is based full time in the office, no hybrid working is allowed (standard for client side roles!).
Responsibilities:
- Produce detailed Stage 4 technical drawings and packages
- Develop and coordinate construction information using AutoCAD and Rhino
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, consultants, and contractors
- Assist in resolving technical design challenges and detailing queries
- Ensure drawings comply with UK building regulations and project specifications
- Support project teams across multiple luxury residential schemes
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Architectural Technician or Part II with strong technical focus
- 2-3 years post qualification experience
- Demonstrable experience delivering Stage 4 / technical design packages
- High proficiency in AutoCAD and Rhino is essential
- Strong understanding of UK building regulations and construction detailing
- Experience working on high-end or luxury residential projects preferred
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work effectively in a team environment
- Must be comfortable working in the office on a full-time basis
