Are you an ARB-registered Architect who enjoys all stages of high-end residential schemes? We are working with a high-end residential studio and are looking for a qualified architect to work on projects within North London.
About the Practice
This medium to large London studio is recognised for delivering high-quality residential architecture at a small scale. You will join a small team with direct guidance from the director with a great work-life balance.
The Role
You will join an established studio on small residential schemes, contributing on all RIBA Stages. The role will work in support of the director and assist in the design, technical and delivery stages.
Responsibilities
- Develop and coordinate detailed design packages at all RIBA stages
- Produce and manage Rhino models and associated documentation
- Resolve technical design challenges and support project delivery on site
- Contribute to design coordination meetings and drawing reviews
Requirements
- You are an ARB-registered Architect with high-end residential experience in the UK
- You have strong proficiency in Rhino
- You have solid experience on all RIBA stages (desirable)
- You understand UK building regulations and construction standards
