About the Practice

This medium to large London studio is recognised for delivering high-quality commercial architecture at scale. The work spans major mixed-use and workplace-led developments, often within dense urban contexts. The culture balances design rigour with technical excellence, with strong collaboration between concept and delivery teams. You will join a well-resourced team with clear leadership and structured project stages.

The Role

You will join an established team working on a large commercial scheme, contributing from RIBA Stage 4 onwards. The role sits within the technical delivery phase, with exposure to coordination, detailing and on-site queries as the project progresses.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and coordinate detailed design packages at RIBA Stage 4 and beyond
  • Produce and manage Revit models and associated documentation
  • Collaborate with consultants, contractors and internal teams across disciplines
  • Resolve technical design challenges and support project delivery on site
  • Contribute to design coordination meetings and drawing reviews

Requirements

  • You are an ARB-registered Architect with UK project experience
  • You have strong proficiency in Revit and working knowledge of Rhino
  • You have solid experience delivering projects from Stage 4 onwards
  • You understand UK building regulations and construction standards
  • You are confident working within a team on large, complex developments
