A Family Office (client side) is seeking an experienced Part II or qualified Architect to work on their high-end residential projects in London and Greece. As part of a small in-house design team, you will be working on a mix of contemporary residential schemes in Greece as well as heritage projects in London. Fluency in Greek is essential, as the role involves regular communication with Greek-speaking clients and a team based in Athens. This is an exciting time for the Family Office as they expand their property portfolio in both the UK and Greece.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing residential projects from concept design through planning, technical stages and construction
- Coordinating and reviewing work produced by external architects, consultants and contractors
- Acting as a key client representative in meetings, design reviews and site discussions
- Reviewing drawings, specifications and material proposals to protect design intent and build quality
- Acting as a day-to-day point of contact for Greek-speaking clients, translating requirements into clear actions
Requirements
- Fluency in Greek essential, both verbal and written
- Completed RIBA Part II with at least 3 years post qualification experience
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Sketchup
- Proven experience delivering UK and/or Greek high-end residential projects
- Strong technical understanding and attention to detail
- Comfortable taking responsibility and working autonomously within a client-side environment
