A large AJ100 architecture practice is seeking a sector lead to join their growing Industrial & Logistics team. As the sector lead, you will act as the principal point of call for new business, while leading architecture teams and managing full oversight from concept to completion. This is a senior leadership role for an experienced Architect or Technologist to spearhead the Industrial and Logistics portfolio, shaping strategy and design excellence for major UK and international projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Industrial and Logistics sector strategy, driving growth and innovation
- Oversee concept and detailed design for large-scale distribution centres, manufacturing facilities, and mixed-use industrial schemes
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, presenting proposals and managing stakeholder engagement
- Collaborate with directors and multidisciplinary teams across global offices
- Mentor and develop a high-performing team, ensuring technical and creative standards
Skills & Experience
- Have at least 10-15 years post qualification experience
- Proven track record delivering industrial and logistics projects at scale
- Strong client-facing and business development skills
- Excellent leadership and team management experience
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM workflows
- Excellent technical, construction and fire safety knowledge
- The right to live and work in the UK - no sponsorship or visa transfer available for this role
