Hotel Concept Designer - Luxury Hotels

A leading architecture practice in London is seeking a Hotel Concept Designer to join its talented team. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and highly skilled designer with a passion for crafting luxury hospitality experiences.

The Role

As a Hotel Concept Designer, you will be instrumental in shaping the early stages of high-end hotel projects, working closely with clients, architects, and consultants. Your role will involve developing innovative design narratives, mood boards, hand-drawn sketches, and digital presentations that bring concepts to life. You will be responsible for establishing a strong design vision, ensuring that each project is not only visually compelling but also aligned with the brand identity and guest experience expectations.

Key Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience in either architecture or interior design, with a strong background in luxury hotel design
• UK hospitality project experience is highly desirable; international experience will also be considered
• Exceptional front-end design, visual storytelling, and communication skills
• Proficiency in illustration and hand-drawing to clearly articulate design ideas
• Strong ability to translate conceptual visions into high-quality presentations that engage stakeholders
• Revit proficiency highly desirable but not essential
• The right to live and work in the UK
