Join a renowned housing practice in Central London as a Technical Architect and play a pivotal role in delivering innovative, sustainable residential projects. The studio is seeking a proactive, detail‑oriented professional with strong Revit skills and proven experience across RIBA Stages 3 to 5.
Responsibilities:
- Lead technical design and delivery of housing schemes from developed design through to construction
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure robust technical solutions
- Produce and review detailed Revit models, drawings, and specifications
- Oversee compliance with building regulations, planning conditions, and sustainability targets
- Support site delivery, including responding to RFIs and attending site meetings
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative studio culture
Skills & Experience:
- Qualified Architect (ARB) or Technologist (CIAT) with significant housing experience
- Proficient in Revit, with a portfolio demonstrating technical excellence
- Strong knowledge of UK building regulations and construction detailing
- Fire Safety knowledge, experience working on cladding remediation highly desirable
- Experience delivering projects through RIBA Stages 3–5
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- The right to live and work in the UK
