An exciting opportunity has arisen for a recently qualified design‑led Architect to join a busy London studio where you will be working and developing professionally within a well‑structured and supportive environment. The ideal candidate will be a talented, enthusiastic, and ambitious architect with a strong design focus. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Undertake feasibility studies, capacity assessments, and concept design work for individual projects
- Interpret client briefs to identify needs and produce feasibility reports and design proposals
- Provide support across projects during early feasibility, concept design, and planning stages
- Present and communicate design concepts and philosophies to clients and local planning authorities
- Advise on refurbishment, re‑use, recycling, and deconstruction strategies
- Lead projects from inception to completion under the guidance of senior leadership, ensuring innovative and functional design outcomes
- Develop design ideas with consideration for client requirements, building usage, and environmental impact
- Prepare project specifications and ensure adherence to budgets and timelines
- Ensure compliance with relevant standards, building codes, guidelines, and regulations
- Conduct site visits when required, providing status reports and analysis
- Collaborate with construction professionals throughout project delivery
- Stay informed of architectural trends and advancements
Skills & Qualifications
- Recently qualified Architect with a strong portfolio of design work on International projects
- Demonstrated commitment to producing high‑quality design information with meticulous attention to detail
- Confident in presenting and communicating design ideas and concepts
- Good working knowledge of Revit and Adobe packages, including InDesign, Photoshop, SketchUp, etc
- Experience across a variety of sectors is preferred
